1) Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items such as inner gloves, abdominal guards, bat grips, toe guards, and personal protective gear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

3) Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect), Nexen Sports will cover the return shipping cost.
4) Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
